Promedis® Group Inc. is the first weight loss supplement provider to develop, manufacture, and utilize a proprietary heating technology in the production of a new baked product line - Protein Pastry. The process starts by creating a soft batter, the pastries are then individually formed before passing through a proprietary "HEAT" manufacturing process, and are baked just like your grandmother use to make. Protein Pastry products deliver exceptionally superior taste profiles, a softer texture, and improved shelf stability.

Until quite recently, protein supplements have been developed and manufactured using dated technology that has seen little advancement. Traditional protein bars are produced using the exact same equipment and cold form extrusion manufacturing process as regular candy bars. Once all ingredients are combined, the finished mixture is pressed and left to cool; it is then cut to length and enrobed in a thin layer of a flavored coating. This traditional method of manufacturing is found in almost every protein bar today, and allows for the manufacturing of particular taste and textures profiles.

Promedis has partnered with industry experts to develop and formulate the Protein Pastry production line; delivering portion controlled, 15 gram baked protein squares, cookies and bars specific to the Medical Weight Loss Market.
